The USAA Rate Advantage Credit Card is a great credit card for anyone with credit who is simply looking for a straightforward card with the lowest possible interest rate. Plus, new cardholders can take advantage of 0% intro APR for 15 months on balance transfers, then 11.65% to 25.65% variable regular APR.
There is no specific rewards program with this card, but that's pretty typical with cards that focus on prodiving extra-low interest rates. The USAA Rate Advantage Credit Card does come with a few other helpful perks though like the $0 annual fee, no foreign transaction fees, and no penalty rate. Plus, since it's a Visa card you will have peace of mind knowing that you'll be able to use your card anywhere in the world where Visa is accepted.
