The USAA Preferred Cash Rewards Credit Card is a simple, yet rewarding cash back credit card that gives cardholders the chance to 1.5% cash back on purchases
This card also has a number of other helpful perks like $0 annual fee, no foreign transaction fees, and no penalty rate.

The Good
