People who want a wonderfully flexible travel card with a $0 annual fee will love the benefits of the Capital One VentureOne Rewards Credit Card. For starters, you earn 1.25 miles per dollar on every purchase, every day; 5 miles per dollar on hotels and rental cars booked through capital one travel, and then redeem rewards for a variety of travel products such as hotel reservations, airline flights, and car rentals. When redeeming your miles, you don’t have to worry about blackout dates award availability; simply pick the flight or hotel you want and use your miles to redeem for a statement credit towards that purchase.
This card also comes with a nice APR of 0% intro on purchases for 15 months, and an ongoing APR for purchases and balance transfers is a reasonable 19.24% - 29.24% (Variable) depending on your creditworthiness. It's important to note that a Balance transfer fee applies, but there is no foreign transaction fee.
To top it off, you can earn a bonus of 20,000 miles once you spend $500 on purchases within 3 months from account opening, equal to $200 in travel.
The Good
