The First Access VISA® Credit Card is a good choice if your credit is not that great, but you don't want to put down a security deposit on a secured credit card. With this card, you can apply quick and easy online and get a decision in a minute or less.
If approved, you'll enjoy the worldwide acceptance that comes with carrying a Visa credit card.
The APR on purchases is steep (35.99%*), so it's best to pay your balance off in full every month if you are able.
The Good
- The First Access VISA® Credit Card doesn't require a security deposit to get approved, so it could be a good choice for someone looking for an unsecured credit card to build credit. Also, since it's a Visa card, you won't have to worry about your card getting turned down at most merchants.
The Not So Good
- The APR is very high on this card, so if you carry a balance you could rack up a lot of interest charges very quickly.
